It is the turn ofOlivier Lopez, associate lawyer, to tell the story of the creation of the firm and to share some anecdotes.

After his studies in Montpellier, Olivier Lopez went to Paris to join the Bar School and do his first internship in a firm. His career led him to explore different experiences before meeting Damien Gore in 2018. Together, they launch Squair in 2019 with a new approach to the business model for a law firm.

An approach that focuses on autonomy

Chez Squair, each lawyer organizes his activity at his own pace, without imposed constraints.

The idea is to ensure a balance between work and personal life.

To avoid any tension between partners, remuneration and resources are distributed in a strictly equal manner.

An important place for everyone

Squair is distinguished by a strong representation of women among its partners.

“We have two thirds of our partners who are women, we are, I think, the only big firm in France to have more than half of our partners who are women..”

This dynamic reflects core values for Squair: freedom and equality. A model that promotes a balanced and fulfilling work environment.

Work differently
