An inspiring journey: Meeting with Pascal Bernard

Today, we are highlighting an extraordinary life path. We had the opportunity to interview Pascal Bernard, who shares with us its history, its challenges and some striking stories.

Overcoming a disability

Pascal Bernard is affected by optic nerve atrophy, a condition that causes a gradual loss of vision: blurred vision, reduced visual field, less vivid colors and increased sensitivity to light. Although this condition is painless, it is often irreversible and requires constant adaptation.

He tells how he had to learn to live with it from childhood, especially at school, where this type of disability was little recognized.
So he had to find his own bearings and develop tips to adapt.
One of the most striking dates back to her childhood: when she opened a box of detergent Bonux, he discovers a magnifying glass.
This small object quickly became essential for better vision on a daily basis.

Over time, the perception of disability has evolved, and new technologies have opened up new possibilities. Pascal tells how his children taught him valuable tips:

“They showed me that I could take pictures of billboards in train stations with my phone and then zoom in to read better.
Thanks to that, I was finally able to see which platform my train was on!”

Human contact and the vocation of a lawyer

Pascal Bernard has always been passionate about justice. He enjoys contact with people and that is reflected in his job. When he receives a customer, he takes the time to listen to his story and discuss.

Over time, some even became friends. For him, the human relationship is essential, well beyond the simple legal framework.

Knowing that former customers are doing better today is, in her opinion, one of the greatest satisfications of her work.

The Bernard-Tonti office in Nancy

In a world where humans often go after numbers, the Cabinet Bernard-Tonti has made the choice to put customer satisfaction at the center of its commitment. Here, we don't deal with cases, but with people with unique stories and issues.

The firm operates in family law, employment law, real estate law and criminal law. Each case is carefully analyzed to propose appropriate solutions and an effective strategy. The team supports its clients at every stage, from the drafting of acts to negotiations.

The objective is simple: get the best possible result.
