After working in pro-employer firms such as Actance and Picard Avocats, he took advantage of his liberal status to develop his own client base. Its aim: to expand its customer base, create relationships and gain their trust.
In February 2021, he launched Arkello Avocats. At first alone, with already a good clientele, he quickly realizes that he no longer has time to manage everything. In April 2021, he recruited for the first time. Today, the firm has three employees and soon a fourth, proof of good progress.
Specializing in labor law and social protection, Arkello supports managers, managers and social organizations. The firm intervenes throughout the life of the employment contract and helps to establish a constructive social dialogue.
