Clémentine's clientele consists mainly of individuals facing family problems and Public Utility Associations. These files, which are often long and demanding, require a reassuring approach. This aspect was crucial in the structuring of the Clémentine's site. It was essential for visitors to find answers to their questions quickly and to feel guided as they navigated.

To address this problem, we took care to identify Clémentine's key services and to create dedicated pages for each one.
